Calderys the Netherlands BV: 60 years, May 29, 2012
In 2012 the 70 employees of Calderys The Netherlands BV will be celebrating their company's sixtieth birthday. The company owes its longevity to a capacity to build solid, long-term relationships of trust with major petrochemical customers such as Shell and BP as well as serving the major Ijmuiden steel plant owned by Tata Steel.
Outstanding teamwork and an unblemished safety record have undoubtedly contributed to the company's success: in 2010 it received a special award from Shell Nederland Chemie B.V. for recording over 10 years without a lost-time accident on the local Shell sites.
